Steep Me Self Help Tea combinations are a great way to get health benefits outside of the standard tea leaf. The Steep Me Insomnia Helper is a very strong all natural sleep aid. This tea should be taken about 1/2 hour before bedtime. The mind works very well with consistency and that includes the constant process of the same time every night, preparing the water, the tea, steeping the drink and ingesting the blend. A person should be in their jammies while taking the tea. A person will feel a window of drowsiness while sipping. Allow yourself to fall into the drowsiness and enjoy a restful sleep. Should be taken on a mostly empty stomach…don’t eat and drink the tea together…may not be effective. May take several days for a sleep pattern to emerge.

I wanted to give a little use information on the tea you chose.
A serving size is considered 2-3 teaspoons in 12-18 ounces of water, this tea likes 200+ degrees for 10 minutes. We don’t spray flavorings on our teas, so time is crucial as we are using wild crafted/organic teas and herbs. Once the 10 minutes is up, the tea likes to stay in your “bath” of choice and continue soaking, start drinking me and keeping adding water. Once my 10 minutes in hot is up, feel free to pour me over ice, leave me in the water and keep adding them cold water as I will make more than one cup. I am best used in hot water, 200 degrees or more, having 2-3 teaspoons in around 12 ounces of water, soaked a minimum of 10 minutes and up to 15. I do my best work drank 30 minutes prior to sleepy time, please be courteous and power down all electronics, yes even Facebook, prior to drinking me as my job and electronics have a conflict of interest. We feel sleep as an innate need our bodies have and should come naturally, while using me please investigate your lifestyle as to why you need me. Maybe it’s a simple as cutting out a sugary snack at supper, as it’s difficult for me to overwhelm sugar consumption to have you sleep. My peeps at Steep Me will help to determine what might be an issue if you communicate with them, they might seem like terrible capitalists, but they’d prefer you didn’t need me every night for great sleep.
