Blender’s Notes Eczema:
Steep Me Self Help Tea combinations are a great way to get health benefits outside of the standard tea leaf. This combination of herbs helps the body with Eczema and the itchiness and dry skin that can come with this diagnosis.
We started with Pu-erh and Oolong tea as a base for health and taste. The researchers believe that the effectiveness of these tea might be attributable to the antiallergic properties of tea polyphenols. In this blend we included other herbs like Pau d’ Arco for pain management and infection, Mullein and Yellow Dock help the skin heal and a natural anti-inflammatory, Olive Leaf for its antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties, Turmeric is used for thousands of years for its high anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antibacterial, antioxidant, and antiseptic properties. Turmeric for eczema remains a popular herb because it eliminates the toxic by-products from the body, which are the cause for eczema. Burdock will help stop the scaling that it often found in those with eczema. Many people drink burdock root tea as a means of cleansing and detoxifies the blood and improves blood circulation to the surface of the skin as well, which can improve the texture and quality of the skin. Burdock root also has antibiotic and antioxidant compounds. Red Clover is known to improve skin health. Licorice is also known for fighting eczema and other skin problems such as cysts, and pruritus have reduced itching, edema, and erythema.

Great info on the best herbs for Eczema and why we have them in our tea! 7 Natural Herbs For Eczema: Benefits And Dosage | How To Cure
Recommended Use
Hi and thank you for choosing Steep Me a Cup of Tea.
I wanted to give a little use information on the tea you chose.
A serving size is considered 2-3 teaspoons in 12-18 ounces of water, this tea likes 200+ degrees for 10 minutes. We don’t spray flavorings on our teas, so time is crucial as we are using wild crafted/organic teas and herbs. Once the 10 minutes is up, the tea likes to stay in your “bath” of choice and continue soaking, start drinking me and keep adding water. Once my 10 minutes in hot water is up, feel free to pour me over ice, leave me in the water and keep adding them cold water as I will make more than cup.
Thanks for supporting Steep Me a Cup of Tea!!!
