Steep Me Self Help Tea combinations are a great way to get health benefits outside of the standard tea leaf. This combination of herbs helps the body with reducing high levels of cholesterol and overall heart heath. We based this blend off of an unusual tea called Rock Oolong – a longer fermented Oolong giving it more digestive and heart health qualities. We also a Cacao based Rooibos from Africa and a Fermented Puerh from China to add even more metabolism and digestive aid to a tea especially focused on heart health. We used a high spice Cayenne Pepper to help increase circulatory volume which then aid the heart and helps get those cholesterol number down to where you want them to be.
