Blender’s Notes Vitali”TEA” Inflammation Tea:
Steep Me Self Help Tea combinations are a great way to get health benefits outside of the standard tea leaf. This combination of herbs helps the body with occasional inflammation. Many of us can experience occasional inflammation of the joints, hands, shoulders and backs. This is a great option to add to your food or make into a tea. We have hand ground all of these wildcrafted and organic herbs together into this powdered blend. We used Spicy Cinnamon and Spicy Ginger with our Turmeric root to give this tea the great color and ability to help with occasional inflammation. This tea can be used throughout the day by added 1/4 tsp at a time to your favorite foods are smoothies. Or make it into a great hot or iced tea.
- 1x Day = 1tsp — 4x Day = 1/4 Tsp — 2x Day = 1/2 Tsp
