Steep Me Self Help Tea combinations are a wonderful way to get health benefits outside of the standard tea leaf. This combination of caffeine-free herbs helps with all the body’s hormones. Astragalus has been added because it helps fatigue, allergies, and the common cold. Also used against heart disease, diabetes, and other conditions. It has been shown to lower stress and stabilize thyroid hormones. It is a calming tonic that improves sleep, and combats inflammation. Astragalus is perfect for when you are under constant stress. If your body is always wired, it can suffer, so it is important to support your general health too. Astragalus has been used for centuries in Chinese medicine as a tonic that supports your cardiovascular system and your kidney and liver function. It is also a powerful immune stimulant. Skullcap has traditionally been used to treat conditions like panic attacks, anxiety and helps to promote better quality sleep. We also included Damiana. Damiana has been used as an aphrodisiac, associated with relaxation, and increases sexual libido. It has an aromatase inhibitor that can increase the production of testosterone B, aid in weight loss by boosting the metabolism and increasing fat-burning potential, steady mental health by alleviating stress and anxiety, and balancing hormones, eliminate symptoms of depression, ease constipation and indigestion; functions as a natural laxative, relieve headaches and migraines and promote antioxidant activity and minimize the damage done by free radicals. Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb that helps support the body’s ability to cope with stress. Adaptogens are natural substances that can help the body regulate the stress response and bring balance to hormones. Ashwagandha contains compounds that have been shown to modulate cortisol levels and promote overall hormonal balance. Studies have also shown that ashwagandha can help regulate thyroid hormones, which play a crucial role in metabolism, energy levels, and mood. This can help improve thyroid function and alleviate symptoms of hypothyroidism, such as fatigue, weight gain, and depression.

Borage was added because it is a plant that is used to treat adrenal insufficiency because its abundant concentration of GLA gamma linolenic acid, which helps stimulate the adrenals, preventing inflammation of the lungs, promoting sweating, increasing breast milk production, and treating bronchitis and colds. Also, Chaste Berry because it has been used for women’s reproductive health complaints for centuries, including menstrual flow issues and premenstrual-related symptoms, like mood disorders, breast pain, cramps, and migraines. It has also been used to stimulate milk production in nursing mothers. or the treatment of menstrual irregularities, period-related breast pain, and PMS. WE also included Nettles. Nettle can help balance hormones by influencing aromatase and sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) which carries three hormones, estrogen, dihydrotestosterone (DHT), and testosterone, in both men and women, support adrenal function and regulate cortisol levels, enhance thyroid health, reduce inflammation, and detoxify the body. And finally, we added Helichrysum. Helichrysum can stop or slow the growth of candida and has anti-aging remedies, both for inside and out, and outside in. Plus, it can help with indigestion and acid reflux, Liver diseases, Inflammation of the muscles and joints, infections, candida, and insomnia.
