Steep Me Self Help Tea combinations are a great way to get health benefits outside of the standard tea leaf. This combination of herbs helps with Men’s Health overall. The Swamp tea was built and tested to use in the Morning and Drank All Day. Having that first cup first thing in the morning can really set the day up for success and feeling great. We used very hot peppers in this blend. We hand grind them every batch to make sure they are as fresh as possible. The Hot Peppers really effect the circulatory and cholesterol. We have seen some of our clients lose 40 – 80 points on their numbers. This tea is an umbrella or overall health blend…so we are touching on many aspects of health. I wanted to give a little use information on the tea you chose.
A serving size is considered 2-3 teaspoons in 12-18 ounces of water, this tea likes 200+ degrees for 10 minutes. We don’t spray flavorings on our teas, so time is crucial as we are using wild crafted/organic teas and herbs. Once the 10 minutes is up, the tea likes to stay in your “bath” of choice and continue soaking, start drinking me and keeping adding water. Once my 10 minutes in hot water is up, feel free to pour me over ice, leave me in the water and keep adding cold water as I will make more than cup. The Swamp tea was built and tested to use in the Morning and Drank All Day. The Swamp Tea is meant to touch many aspects of men’s heath including sexual health, heart health, metabolism and exercise fatigue so having the first cup early in the day is more effective.
