Steep Me Self Help Tea combinations are a great way to get health benefits outside of the standard tea leaf. This combination of herbs has come with a great amount of research and sourcing. Candidiasis is a fungal infection caused by yeasts that belong to the genus Candida. If you have been diagnosed with Candida in the Digestive Systems this is the tea for you. We have combined the most popular herbs that help fight the overgrowth of the yeasts but it is not very palatable! We always recommend of placing this self help tea with another options…including Chamomile, Peppermint or Spearmint. Combining it with these different herbs will not slow down its effectiveness. We have combined Pau d’ Arco which is an Anti-microbial, Echinacea which is used to Promote Immunity and reduce Infections and Dong Quai as a Blood Purifier which helps enhance circulation to rid the body of the yeast concern.

I wanted to give a little use information on the tea you chose.
A serving size is considered 2-3 teaspoons in 12-18 ounces of water, this tea really likes 200+ degrees for 30 minutes. We don’t spray flavorings on our teas, so time is crucial as we are using wild crafted/organic teas and herbs. Once the 10 minutes is up, the tea likes to stay in your “bath” of choice and continue soaking, start drinking me and keep adding water. Once my 10 minutes in hot water is up, feel free to pour me over ice, leave me in the water and keep adding them cold water as I will make more than cup.
The Candida Tea was built to help regulate the excess yeast that is commonly called Candida. This is a caffeine-free tea that can be drank morning – noon or night. If your Candida is excessive, you can make a second fresh cup a day, to start the healing process. I may not taste particularly good so add some peppermint, spearmint or chamomile to my blend to help make it more palatable.
