Blender’s Notes Cleanse 7 Day:
Steep Me Self Help Tea combinations are a great way to get health benefits outside of the standard tea leaf. Great combination of teas to help with the cleanse process….works well with positive changes in diet and exercise. We are using multiple ingredients to help cleanse the liver with our Milk Thistle and Dandelion Root. We also added in a bit of Senna Leaf and Slippery Elm Bark to engage the digestive system. As with any product with Senna Leaf please do not over use. This blend will inspire a bowel movement but it is gentle enough to not cause any sort of emergency! A natural product with Senna will inspire movement approx. 6-8 hours after drinking the tea. We recommend that on the first day of cleanse…do a tea before bed. The following days do a mid afternoon tea and a night time tea…this will help get the detox process going gently while working efficiently in the body.

I wanted to give a little use information on the tea you chose.
A serving size is considered 2-3 teaspoons in 12-18 ounces of water, this tea likes 200+ degrees for 10-15 minutes. We don’t spray flavorings on our teas, so time is crucial as we are using wild crafted/organic teas and herbs. Once the 10 minutes is up, the tea likes to stay in your “bath” of choice and continue soaking, start drinking me and keeping adding water. Once my 10 minutes in hot water is up, feel free to pour me over ice, leave me in the water and keep adding them cold water as I will make more than cup. The Cleanse Tea was built and tested to be caffeine free and to be drank two times a day. I like to be drank at 3pm and about an hour before bed. I will help you rid all the toxins. I am meant for a short-term detox and 1 oz will last about seven days. Please use all my leaves for best results.
