Steep Me Self Help Tea combinations are a great way to get health benefits outside of the standard tea leaf. This combination of teas and herbs has come about with the long and extensive research into how we can create ambition in our minds and heart and really get out there and get moving! We based this tea on a new form of tea on the market called Purple Tea. Purple Tea is a very unique and rare type of tea variety grown in the Mt. Kenya region of Africa. This tea was developed from a new crossbred variety of the common tea leaf, Camellia sinensis, from which black, white, and green teas are derived. This new variety of the classic tea plant was only recently developed and is exclusive to Kenya. Great Black Tea flavor with the Health Benefits of Green Tea…amazing combination.
In addition to this New Kenya Tea we also added an herb called Polygala. Polygala is a very amazing herb from ancient Chinese medicine. Ancient beliefs stated that polygala root helps improve the energy flow between the kidney and heart. They believed that if this energy channel were blocked, there is a loss of connection between sexual energy and our emotions. They believed that polygala helps boost our sexual satisfaction and also brings more happiness into our lives and minds. This is why this herb long has been thought of as a natural alternative to help with libido and loss of sexual vitality and gives you the ambition to get out there and be ambitions. We also added the fruit of Kiwi to give it a great flavorful taste combined with Coconut Chips. We rounded out the earthy-ness of the Polygala with Spearmint to soften the flavors and blend them together. A fun tea to try!

I wanted to give a little use information on the tea you chose.
A serving size is considered 2-3 teaspoons in 12-18 ounces of water, this tea likes 200+ degrees for 10 minutes. We don’t spray flavorings on our teas, so time is crucial as we are using wild crafted/organic teas and herbs. Once the 10 minutes is up, the tea likes to stay in your “bath” of choice and continue soaking, start drinking me and keep adding water. Once my 10 minutes in hot water is up, feel free to pour me over ice, leave me in the water and keep adding them cold water as I will make more than cup.
The Cup of Ambition was built to help the body increase its ability to promote ambition in thought or task performance. In this blend I work on the connection the chakra that ties the brain to the kidneys – which is the direct connection to motivation. The tea is meant to motivate and should be drank early in the day. Due to its nature, and not heavily caffeinated, I may be used before bed or use anytime thru the day when motivation is necessary!
