Tisane or Herbal combinations are a great way to get health benefits outside of the standard tea leaf. We combined many great herbs to help with relaxation and sleep. We combined our Egyption Chamomile flowers with a super flavorful Chinese Green Tea – and what a great flavor combo. We also added in some great Spearmint and Licorice root to round out the flavors!
