We based this tea on a light bodied Chinese sencha green tea which has great healthy benefits and high antioxidants. With the addition of Bacopa – an ayurvedic herb to help with brain health and enhance cognitive thinking and protect the brain from deterioration. We also added in Gingko and Gotu Kola to increase antioxidants and help with psychiatric disorders and dementia. Many studies show how these herbs increase circulation to the brain and can help with Alzheimer’s. This is a great all inclusive tea for enhancing brain health and function.
