Blender’s Notes Plum Conquistador:
This is a fun new blend brought to our attention by a guest! We used our great Ceylon OP black tea which is a traditional premium high-quality tea from Dimbula area in the Balangoda District in Sri Lanka. This tea has dark, long, and wiry leaves – highly aromatic and simultaneously mild taste with hints of spicy and slightly malty flavors. Beautiful dark red colour in the cup. With this we included Freeze-Dried Grapes and Plum Essential Oil. They we paired it with Star Anise! It has made the best soft and slightly sweet blend that allows the fruit to shine through and a bit of anise hiding in the background! Amazing combo! Give it a try!
