Cayenne Pepper can help in preventing alcohol craving, while improving your appetite. It can also be used to ease nausea and headaches you face during withdrawal. Cayenne pepper could lessen the alcohol craving while keeping your appetite intact. Aside from that, the capsaicin in cayenne pepper will soothe headaches and nausea, primary symptoms of this condition. Because of this, cayenne peppers make some of the best home remedies for alcohol withdrawal. Dandelion is a natural detoxification herb that helps eliminate toxins from the body, thereby lowering the symptoms experienced during alcohol withdrawal. It also eases the cravings and uplifts the moods.
