Steep Me Self Help Tea combinations are a great way to get health benefits outside of the standard tea leaf. This combination of teas and herbs has come about with a strong initiative to create a RTD beverage for Sleeping that was a Pickle Brine – that DID NOT have artificial flavoring or coloring. We do not using canning salt to drain the body of moisture be we use Himalayan Pink Sea Salt to help with recovery and healing the Blood Vessels. We then enhanced the drink with Nascent Iodine which is a necessity for the body in order to function and does amazing thing for recovery. We helped the canning process by adding in vinegar and pure lemon for taste and health benefits – plus lots of great whole spices and garlic! The brine alone tastes great. We combined our Insomnia Self Help Tea with our own Brine to give you a RTD 6oz container to grab when you need it. Thru our testing we have found that is also works well for Headaches, Menstrual Cramps and Sour Tummies. Please drink half hour prior to bed. This will allow you to fall into your sleeping window and get a great nights sleep!
