To bring everything together into a cozy fall blend, we folded in caramel bits, toffee pieces, generous maple granules, and soft marshmallows. These additions melt beautifully into the roasted mate and muscatel Darjeeling, creating a warm, fireside sweetness that feels like crisp leaves, chilly evenings, and sweater weather.
The result is a cup that’s bold, comforting, and wonderfully seasonal — smoky from the mate, sweet from the maple and caramel, and lifted by the bright, fruity Darjeeling. It’s everything autumn should be.

Chun Mei’s naturally rich profile and brightened it with sweet, dried apples and generous pieces of orange peel, creating a lively, citrus‑kissed cup. To deepen the flavor and add floral warmth, we’ve included rosehips, rose petals, and safflower. The result is a vibrant, aromatic tea with a sunny, orange-forward personality—refreshing, uplifting, and beautifully balanced.
