We combined the great tastes and flavors of cacao, chocolate, caramel and toffee! This is the perfect candy bar taste right inside of your tea cup! We combined these fun ingredients giving it a great caramel taste with a hint of toffee and the back note of chocolate. Yummy…superb with cream.
