🍓 The Flavorful Tea Apothecary

Perfect combination of ceremonial grade and highest quality culinary matcha. Often this blend of matcha uses leaves from the first and second harvests and has the sweet flavor of ceremonial matcha.

We source and freeze-dry our own fruits, giving us control over the quality of the fruit that goes into these blends. That means those beautiful pieces of fruit aren't simply there to make the blend look pretty. They become part of the personality of each variation, bringing their own aroma, color, and flavor to the matcha. The result is a collection that gives you the distinctive character of quality matcha with all kinds of delicious possibilities. Some are fruity and refreshing, some cozy and spiced, and others are simply unexpected.
